Laughing Owl Treasures Returns Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items purchased in December can be returned until January 31st.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It can take up to 14 days for an item to reach us. You can track the progress of the item via the tracking number. We’ll notify as soon as the item is received. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will process your return after the item has been received and inspected. Once received, it generally takes about 2 days to process the refund. Once the refund is issued to your original method of payment, it can take three to seven business days for the refund to appear.

Since many of our items are rare or one of a kind, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be available. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the exchange process.
Unless we sent the wrong item, we ask that you be responsible for the cost of returning your item using a trackable shipping service. Because we have access to discounted shipping rates, we are happy to purchase the return shipping label and then deduct the cost from any refund. We will provide a breakdown of the refund less any shipping costs prior to issuing the label.
If you choose to purchase the return shipping, we request that you use a trackable service. If the item is valued over $100, please also insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
